Clearwater-Fl- Direct Hire Opportunity! starting range $17.00 and will be based on relative experience. 2nd shift (train on 1st.) - Seeking a solid maintenance mechanic with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills! 100% Medical Benefits Paid for employee, 401k, etc.

The maintenance department is responsible for maximizing equipment operation through PM and routine maintenance duties. The overall objective of this position is to fix equipment, install upgrades, and maximize production safety based time on equipment.

?Increase process efficiency and decrease overtime by completing the following:

?Capable of assembling and disassembling tools and dies on twin screw extrusion machine

?Experience with tools and dies

?Monitor air and vacuum system

?Check equipment and perform PM duties on daily, weekly, etc. basis

?Make band saw blades

?Repair machines as necessary

?Address building electrical and plumbing issues as requested

?Rebuild cylinders and pumps
