$50,000-$75,000 DOE About the Role We are seeking a motivated
Import Coordinator with experience in international import freight
management. This is a fast-paced, in-office role requiring strong
organizational skills, accuracy, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities - Track inbound and outbound shipments with ocean
and air freight carriers - Coordinate with shipping lines,
airlines, freight forwarders, and common carriers - Monitor
in-transit cargo and ensure proper documentation - Communicate
cargo status updates to clients clearly and timely - Arrange
efficient and timely cargo delivery - Negotiate freight rates with
carriers and warehouse partners - Ensure duties meet internal and
client-established KPIs - Work effectively within a multinational
office environment Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of
experience in international transportation (all modes) - Ability to
work independently with high accountability - Exceptional attention
to detail and strong organizational skills - Advanced proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and Word Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00
