development. Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented and
motivated Paralegal to support our attorneys in the practice of
Community Association Law. The ideal candidate will have experience
in legal research, document preparation, and client communication,
particularly in the context of association governance and real
estate law. Please note: We are willing to train an experienced
litigation paralegal! Key Responsibilities: Draft and review legal
documents including demand letters, lien notices, and foreclosure
filings. Assist attorneys with deed restriction enforcement and
covenant compliance matters. Conduct legal research and summarize
findings. Maintain and organize case files and client records.
Communicate with clients, board members, and opposing counsel.
Prepare for and support litigation and hearings as needed. Track
deadlines and ensure timely filings with courts and administrative
bodies. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of
experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate or community
association law. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Florida Statutes related to homeowners and
condominium associations. Experience with lien and foreclosure
processes. Notary Public certification is a plus. Interested in
