Description:Statement of Purpose: The Director of Benefits,
Total Rewards, & Compensation ensures that the organization's
current remuneration and reward schemes are fair, equitable, and
attractive. The policies should be benchmarked against competitors,
the local environment, and national trends to ensure that the
organization can recruit and retain top performers. CAN

Functions:Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and
total rewards strategies aligned with the organization's goals and
objectives, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures and
benefit plans for all levels of the organization.Implementing and
overseeing remuneration plans. Overseeing the analysis and
benchmarking of compensation and total rewards data against market
standards to maintain competitiveness and compliance with
regulations.Manage the design, administration, and communication of
salary structures, bonus programs, and long-term incentive plans to
employees at all levels.Advises HR partners, senior management, and
leadership on compensation-related issues and Total Rewards,
trends, and policy recommendations to support decision-making and
strategic planning. Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to
create and revise job descriptions, ensuring they accurately
reflect roles, responsibilities, and qualifications for proper
compensation alignment.Manages the annual organizational salary
review process and bonus programs.Analysis of current benefit
offerings stays current with industry trends and implements
change.Partners with outside benefit brokers in benefit design,
healthcare options, and negotiation of contracts to ensure the
organization is an Employer of Choice.Direct the preparation and
distribution of detailed compensation and total rewards reports and
presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors,
highlighting trends, analyses, and recommendations.Leading and
managing a team of practitioners in compensation, total rewards,
and recruitment.Oversee and design the recruitment strategy to
attract and retain highly qualified individuals to the
organization. Ensuring talent acquisition projects fall in line
with organizational objectives.Cultivating a culture of excellence
and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.Building
relationships with key organizations, bodies, and
institutes.Participating in meetings with talent acquisition
managers and other executives.Collaborating with hiring managers to
ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent.Presenting
hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the
organization.Effective at building, supervising, and managing a
team of highly qualified and motivated team members to meet the
goals and objectives of the HR department and the
organization.Promotes and practices CAN Community Health Inc's
mission and values and follows its policies and procedures.20.
Ensures confidentiality is maintained by entire team regarding
patient/client information in accordance with HIPAA, professional
and departmental
standards.Requirements:Education/Professional:Bachelor's or
master's degree in human resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field.5+Years of experience in a senior HR

environment.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional
office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, audio visual, telephones,

Requirements:Neat, professional appearance.Sedentary- Exerts up to
10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly in lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise
move objects. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve
walking or standing for brief periods of time.Requires expressing
or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word, visual and auditory
acuity.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This position may
require additional time above normal operating hours and on
occasion weekend work.Travel:Travel is primary during the business
day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel is expected.
