to find a qualified Interventional Radiology MD in Port Charlotte,
Florida, 33952! Wellhart is seeking a Physician specializing in
Radiology for a locum tenens position in Florida. This opportunity
offers a 60-day assignment starting on 12/10/2025, with potential
for extension. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday,
8am-5pm EST, providing both Interventional Radiology (IR) and
general radiology services. The physician will be responsible for
performing various procedures including Paracentesis,
Thoracentesis, Pleurex catheter placement, CT-guided biopsies,
drain placements, lung biopsies, chest tube insertions,
nephrostomies, and fluoroscopy procedures such as
hysterosalpingograms. The role requires proficiency in RPCE Tech
Stack and Powerscribe 4.0, with a productivity expectation of 60
RVUs per shift. Job Details: Location: Florida Start Date:

Responsibilities and Duties: Perform Interventional Radiology
procedures including Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, and Pleurex
catheter placement Conduct CT-guided biopsies, drain placements,
and lung biopsies Insert chest tubes and perform nephrostomies
Carry out fluoroscopy procedures, including hysterosalpingograms
Provide general radiology services as needed Maintain a
productivity level of 60 RVUs per shift Utilize RPCE Tech Stack and
Powerscribe 4.0 for reporting and documentation Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Additional Information: Active Florida medical license required
