This role demands precision and compassion, providing respiratory care and support to our youngest patients in the NICU. The position involves working with state-of-the-art technology, collaborating with neonatologists and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and innovative healthcare environment. Administer respiratory therapy as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatments accordingly Work collaboratively with the NICU team to develop respiratory management plans Educate patients and families on treatment and care procedures Ensure operation of medical and therapeutic equipment by adhering to procedures Proficiency in neonatal respiratory care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle emotional and intense situations calmly Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a current license Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) provider Active BLS and PALS certification
