Job Description Job Description About Us We are a well-established, physician-led Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Pain Management Clinic in beautiful Pinellas County, Florida. Position Highlights Full-time, 100% outpatient role – No hospital call Multidisciplinary team support : PAs/NPs, nurses, imaging techs Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives Partnership track for the right candidate Candidate Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology) Active or eligible Florida medical license 5 years of experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopedics preferred Skilled in interventional procedures such as: Epidural injections RF ablation Spinal cord stimulation Joint injections Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach Additional certifications/licensing in related fields a plus Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations to identify pain source and severity Recommend diagnostic tests to guide treatment planning Deliver effective interventional treatments and/or medical therapies Provide relief from acute and chronic pain through medication management, procedures, and innovative therapies Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in required meetings, consultations, and monthly case reviews Additional Expectations Provide excellent service to patients, team members, and the public Maintain an organized, professional work environment Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting Demonstrate resilience and professionalism in stressful situations Why Join Us? ?
