Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist
to support middle school students in grades 6th through 8th. This
role offers the opportunity to work full-time (37.5 hours per week)
with a specialized caseload in a school setting located in
Kissimmee, FL, with both full and part-time openings available.
Candidates may also have the potential to work on a hybrid
schedule, blending onsite and remote work. Key responsibilities
include: Providing speech-language therapy services to middle
school students, focusing on pediatric needs. Developing and
implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student
goals. Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions
accordingly. Collaborating with educators, families, and support
staff to foster student communication development. Completing
required documentation and maintaining compliance with relevant
guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Florida State License.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) through the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Masters Degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a
related field. Experience working with pediatric populations,
particularly middle school-aged children, is highly desired. This
