Job Description We are looking for an Interim Director of Health
and Wellness to join our amazing team! This is a great opportunity

maintaining the highest quality of care in a supportive community
environment. Responsibilities As Health and Wellness Director, you
will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead and manage
the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest
quality of care and services for our residents You will proactively
build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other
healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional
personalized care Directs and supervises medication program,
including but not limited to medication administration. You will
consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and
engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure
residents’ healthcare needs are met Ensures residents are treated
with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’
healthcare needs change Supervises and provides leadership, as well
as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within
the community Participates in pre-admission screening of
prospective new residents Assures that required documentation is
completed prior to or upon resident admission, including nursing
assessments, service plans, and other assigned forms Updates
assessments for all residents as required by community policy and
as described/allowed in Nurse Practice Act or other state
regulation Monitor the implementation of current policies and
procedures, which reflect adherence to corporate and external
regulatory guidelines Qualifications Skills • Education as required
to obtain state nursing license and FL RN nursing license. •
Minimum of one year of experience in an Assisted Living or Memory
Care setting would be acceptable, with three or more years
preferred. • 4-Week contract with possibility to extend:
Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM • Previous experience with QuickMar system
which is apart of the PCC product, and RealPage for level care
assessments. • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency
in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation. • Utilizes
time effectively to complete unfinished tasks within office
organization. • Able to work well under pressure, resolve
conflicts, prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas. •
Excellent organizational and time management skills, detail
oriented. Pleasant, professional, and personable.
