side with the Dean to guide our nursing programs, support our
faculty, and help our students thrive. Schedule: Full-time, M-F,
8a-5pm Employment: Permanent Hire What's expected of you: Master’s
degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred) Experience leading a
nursing program (BSN level or higher is a plus) Experience building
programs and improving systems What You’ll Do: Support and guide
faculty to do their best work Help shape our nursing programs and
keep them strong and relevant Keep our school aligned with
accreditation standards Oversee budgets, class schedules, and
student advising Build strong connections across campus and in the
local community Represent the school with heart and professionalism
Top Skills: Academic Leadership, Nursing Education, Clinical
Education Oversight, Higher Education Administration, Accreditation
& Compliance (CCNE, ACEN, etc.). Nursing Administration, Health
