Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for a 3rd shift position
from 11 pm to 6:30 am. This is an onsite role, and the candidate
must be a U.S. citizen. Responsibilities Monitor, read, and record
test data for various navigational, inertial measurement, and
guidance units undergoing testing. Learn and execute both automated
and manual test setups using procedures to ensure proper testing of
each unit. Handle, mount, and test units using oscilloscopes,
multimeters, calibrated hand tools, power decade boxes, and other
test equipment. Understand and apply standard test lab concepts,
practices, and procedures such as 5S, FOD (Foreign Object
Detection), and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
Work under the supervision of a Test Lead or Test Engineer, with a
degree of vision to spot issues before they arise and latitude for
decision-making. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of electronic
experience. Minimum 3 years of electronic test experience.
Associate degree preferred, but not required. Experience with
procedural reading or SOD reading is valued. Ability to quickly and
efficiently learn test processes. Capability to read and understand
schematic drawings. Time Keeping The worker will utilize TWB for
weekly time reporting. The supplier should register in Fieldglass
on behalf of the worker, as access to this system is not needed by
the worker. Prompt registration is required to assign the
Fieldglass Worker , which is essential for proper setup in TWB for
time reporting by the HON manager. Attention to this process will
prevent delays in receiving worker hours and invoice creation.
