Seeking Experienced Aerospace CNC Machinists -CNC Mill Set-up! - Clearwater-FL 1st shift Overtime Available Temp/Hire Opportunity- Eligible for Benefits after you're hired. Great environement, and well established company. APPLY TODAY Minimum Requirements: * Experience in setting up and operating 3 Axis Vertical CNC Mills, 4 & 5-Axis Horizontal Mills. Such as: Mori Seiki with Fanuc controls and Grob G350 with Siemens controls. * Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring heads, fixtures, inserts and other accessories. * Utilize all necessary gages and equipment to properly inspect part accuracy. * Be able to detect and adjust machines to correct any defect or problem with part setup. * Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and have a high attention to detail. * Knowledge of G and M codes. * Knowledge and understanding of CNC mill programs. * Maintain all records required. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Following safety, 5s and environmental procedures and regulations. * Must be a United States citizen or Green Card Holder * High School diploma or equivalent education. * The ability to use basic measurement equipment. Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Dial Bores, Air Gages and other equipment as necessary. * The ability to read simplified blueprints. * An understanding of basic mathematics. * Basic computer skills. * Have the ability to communicate effectively in English. * Have the ability to work with others as a team. * Good manual dexterity. * Ability to lift 30 lbs. Key Skills and Competencies: * Minimum 5 years' experience preferred for set-up persons. * 2 years' experience for machine operators.
