Job Description:
Finance Manager Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Location: Orlando,

Manager, you'll drive financial strategy and operational
efficiency, playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and
analysis to support our continued growth. Key responsibilities of
the Finance Manager include : Lead annual budget preparation,
manage cash flow models, and provide strategic financial insights.
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,
including KPI analysis and variance reporting. Monitor project
costs, ensure accurate cost tracking, and support monthly closing
processes with proper coding and reconciliations. Build pro forma
models and analyze financial feasibility for new projects. The
Finance Manager coordinates financing documentation, ensure
compliance with loan covenants, and support audits. Enhance
financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems,
leading software upgrades as needed. Preferred Qualifications for
the Finance Manager: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or
related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 5 years of progressive finance
experience, ideally in project-based or cost-driven industries.
Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial
modeling. Skills: Advanced financial modeling and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with
industry-specific accounting software. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively with a proactive, problem-solving
