Your responsibilities will include: Fund Processing: Process and accurately post-received funds to maintain accurate financial records. Customer Communication: As the Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will proactively handle follow-up inquiries via phone or email to address any payment-related questions or concerns. Aging Reports: Manage accounts receivable aging reports, promptly identifying and addressing overdue accounts. Reporting and Collections: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports and efficiently process collections to optimize cash flow. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Accountant: To excel in this role as an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you should possess the following qualifications: Accounting Experience: 0-3 years of experience in accounting, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to accuracy. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, reflecting your dedication to the field and commitment to continuous learning. Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas, to efficiently manage and analyze financial data. Software Experience: Experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to adapt to and utilize accounting software effectively.
