THE USS DIFFERENCE
Primary Purpose
The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for all sales activities
within their defined territory to continually drive revenue growth
and achieve sales objectives. This position continually works to
design plans that meet sales targets while developing and
maintaining relationships with clients and continually evaluating
customer needs to identify areas where USS products and services
can be utilized.
Essential Functions
The Director of Sales has supervisory responsibilities for the
Sector Account Managers (SAM), Territory Account Managers (TAM) and
Key Account Managers (KAM) in their defined geographic region

Benefits Summary
All full-time employees working an average of 30 hours or more per
week are eligible for the below benefits. Part-time employees may
be eligible for similar benefits.
Salary Range
$115,000.00 - $230,000.00 / year
Pay Transparency Statement
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and
maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all
locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual
pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills,
experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation
package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits
program.
